Overview and hierarchy of rules
This Policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may give you rights that cannot be waived; where this Policy offers broader protection, those provisions apply.
Stabira is a food supplement shipped in sealed containers. Hygiene and safety rules may limit return eligibility once protective seals are broken, consistent with EU distance-selling exceptions for goods that cannot be resold for health protection reasons.
Statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the fourteen-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form suggested in consumer guidance materials, though an informal email with clear wording is sufficient.
Exception for sealed goods unsuitable for return
Under EU consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if those goods were sealed on delivery.
Food supplements fall into a sensitive category. If you open the primary seal for consumption or testing, we may refuse a withdrawal-based return that would require us to resell opened product. We still honour remedies for defects or incorrect shipments as described below.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, materially differs from what you purchased, or shows manufacturing defects within a reasonable inspection period, notify us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging, label, and issue area.
Where validated, we offer replacement shipment or refund of the product price and reasonable outbound delivery charges you paid, and we provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement for return postage when we need the item back for quality review.
Voluntary satisfaction returns for unopened goods
Beyond statutory rights, we may allow return of unopened, resaleable units within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Seasonal promotions or bundle pricing may adjust refund amounts proportionally if only part of a bundle is returned.
Outbound shipping fees paid for expedited delivery are usually non-refundable unless we expressly state otherwise in your order confirmation.
How to initiate a return or refund request
Email talk@shythreltrphulei.world with your order reference, items concerned, and whether you seek replacement or refund. We respond with instructions, a return merchandise authorisation if needed, and the correct return address—do not ship to our street address without confirmation, as fulfilment may use a separate warehouse.
Refund processing timelines
After we receive and inspect returned goods, or after we approve a no-return refund for service reasons, we initiate repayment using the same payment method you used unless you agree otherwise. Banks and card issuers may add additional clearing days.
We aim to complete approved refunds within fourteen business days of receiving the goods or evidence required for your claim, though complex investigations may extend this modestly with notice to you.
Who pays return shipping
For valid withdrawal where the goods remain sealed and eligible, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we offer a prepaid label as a courtesy. For defective or incorrect shipments, we cover reasonable return costs in line with applicable law.
Amounts typically excluded from refunds
Optional gift wrapping, subscription add-ons fulfilled by third parties, or customs duties paid to authorities in your country may not be reimbursable through us. Payment processing fees charged directly by your bank are likewise outside our control.
